Possible Reaction

At the beginning of the use of Nefful products, some may experience one or more of the following reactions, which show that your body is working for your improved health.

**Herzeimer’s effect was first defined by German Doctor Herzeimer about 60 years ago. It is also called Healing Crisis or Die Off Effect. This effect states that while in the process of healing of any ailments, symptoms may get worse. In the cases of cardiovascular disease, as red blood cells start to increase detoxification, wastes from cells may temporarily accumulate in the blood stream. In case of bacteria infections, dead bacteria may emit toxins which will accumulate in the blood stream. Thus drinking a lot of water is very important. Some of the possible reactions are listed as follows:

Reactions may differ among individuals. If it becomes unbearable, take the clothing off. Wear the clothing again after the reactions stop. Repeat this process, the reactions will recede and your health will have improved. Sometimes, you may experience intermittent & recurring reactions or multiple symptoms since your blood flows all over your body.

Continuous use is recommended, and drinking at least 3000cc (3 Liter) of water is strongly encouraged. Drink more milk. There are no side effects. Nufful products have been used in Japan for over 30 years and there has never been any undesired side effects.

Caution on the care of Nefful Products:

♣ No Heat on Nefful products. Water temperature should not exceed 60 degree Celsius or 140 degrees Fahrenheit for the best protection of your Nefful products.

♣ No dryer and keep your Nefful products away from the heat source.

♣ Keep your Nefful products away from dirty clothing.

♣ Separate Nefful products from other products, and only wash with Nefful detergent.

♣ Wash with delicate water speed.

♣ Wash with detergent with no softener, anti-static & bleach.
